Can I receive a refund for my ONLINE purchases?

No. Due to the bespoke nature of our coaching/mentorship programs, & the integrity of our community class containers, all sales are final. Please invest with consideration. If arranging a payment plan of any kind, you are responsible for the fulfilment of the entire cost until all scheduled payments are completed.

can I cancel a coaching OR MENTORSHIP session?

No. Due to the bespoke tailoring of our 1:1 services, sessions may only be rescheduled 24hr in advance. If the client no longer wishes to receive the service after payment has already been made, there will be no refund. If the client does not make reasonable attempts to reschedule the session, there will be no refund.

Exceptions may be made in the case of a life emergency, in which case we will accommodate & reschedule at the client’s discretion.

WHAT IF I AM UNHAPPY WITH A SERVICE?

If you are unsatisfied with any service provided by Bedrock Body, please reach out to us at care@bedrock-body.com so that we may find a mutual resolution.

ARE YOUR OFFERINGS STRICTLY VIRTUAL?

Most of our client offerings are virtual, to ensure that we can reach a multitude of international community members.

Exceptions may be made for coaching clients or doula clients desiring in-person support. In that case, sessions will include an extra charge and all possible travel costs will be covered by the client.

Occasionally, we will host in-person womb healing circles & retreats.

HOW IS MY PRIVACY RESPECTED IN THIS COMMUNITY?

It is of the utmost importance to us that your privacy be honoured in all of our community spaces. Due to the delicate nature of this healing work, we do not discuss the experiences of our clients outside of our community containers & we ask all of our members to do the same.

Any feedback may be shared on our website or social media, with permission from the client.

Please note that all classes are recorded on Zoom, & lifetime replays are made available to all the women attending live or watching the replay. If you feel uncomfortable with your reflections being shared in a group setting, we recommend booking a 1:1 session instead.

WHAT IS YOUR WEBSITE’S PRIVACY POLICY?

All consumer data is kept private. We do not disclose or use any of your debit card, credit card, social media, or address information for any purpose other than completing client transactions through our website.

All consumer data is handled safely through Stripe, PayPal, & Apple Pay.
